“A big thank you to everyone. You made us very welcome & could not do enough for us. The gite (Le Coquelicot) was very well equipped and furnitured beautifully. The pool was a God send especially after a day trip somewhere. We would recommend the restaurants ‘Hotel St Jean’ and ‘Voyageur’ at La Coquille very much for excellent meals. A visit to Brantôme, Sarlat and Bugue are highly recommended, the towns are quaint, plenty of eating places in quiet little back streets. For the children Bournat and La Ferme de Jaques were wonderful outings.”

We found plenty to do in the area - Brantôme & Périgueux are well worth a visit. We enjoyed cycling along the Voie Verte and Le Velo-Rail was good fun, having to cycle along the rails of an old railway line !”
