Property Hunters & Long Term Lets

If you are looking to purchase property in the Dordogne or Limousin regions of France and require short or long term accommodation during your search then Les Chardonnerets is able to provide you with a comfortable home-from-home base.

Rates start from just £150 per week, fully inclusive of heating & firewood, for lets of 3 weeks or more. Shorter lets are also possible all year at our normal prices, with 2 person discounts always available. Our 3 gites are equipped to a very high standard including all of the home comforts required such as English satellite TV & radio, fully fitted kitchens with dish washer and washing machine, log burning fires and central heating.

We are pleased to offer a special service tailored for property hunters,  with French speaking English owners on hand to provide help and assistance if required. We can recommend good local estate agents who have proven to be reputable with our customers and we are also happy to accompany you on property visits, should you so wish, to provide an impartial second opinion.
